We have worked together with Deutsche Telekom to activate your connection. They have informed us that you haven't met all of the requirements for activating the connection. Please note that every activation attempts results in extra costs for us that we may have to transfer to you.

Please tell us when you'll be available between 8 am and 1 pm to give the technician access to your property and the junction box. We will once again submit the order to Deutsche Telekom. We require a notice of seven working days for this process.
