A Telekom's technician needs to come to you to activate the connection. It is important that someone is at home on the day of the appointment between 8 am and 1 pm.

If you have ordered a router you will receive this from DHL before the activation date. The router is preconfigured with your log in data. All you need to do is plug in and start browsing the web.

If you haven’t ordered a router you will receive an email with the log in data in time for the activation date. If you currently do not have access to the internet you can also call to request the log in data.
