Successful order of your DSL connection

Thank you for your order. This service provides you with a phone line and internet connection.

We will arrange the activation date with your old provider and send you a separate email with this information. Generally speaking, activation will take place four weeks after this email at the earliest.

Here’s some more information on what happens next:

A telecoms technician will visit your home to activate the connection. It is vital that someone is home on the day of the appointment (between 8 am and 1 pm for DSL connections) to listen out for the doorbell.
