Here’s some more information on what happens next:

A technician doesn’t need to visit your home for activation.

If you have ordered a new router from us as part of the switchover:
You will receive the router approximately two days before the activation date. It’s preconfigured with your login data. All you need to do is plug it in and start browsing the web and making calls straightaway.

If you are using your own router:
You need to update your internet login data in your device. Please also note the specific points when setting up the new technology. Instructions can be found in our help section.

Your new DSL login data

  • User name: Please look in your email.
  • Password: Please look in your email.

Your phone login data doesn’t change.
