Your activation date and login data for your DSL connection

The date for switching connection technologies has been confirmed.

To see the date, please look in your email.

Here’s some more information on what happens next:

A telecoms technician will visit your home to activate the connection. It is vital that someone is home on the day of the appointment between 8 am and 1 pm to listen out for the doorbell.

Please note that following activation it can take up to 24 hours for your connection to reach full broadband speed.

If you have ordered a router you will receive this from DHL closer to the activation date. The router is preconfigured with your login data. All you need to do is plug it in and you’ll be online straightaway.

If you are using your own router then you can use your DSL connection with the following login data:

  • User name: Please look in your email.
  • Password: Please look in your email.

You will receive your phone number one to two days at the most after successful activation.

We won’t send you the SIP password via email to protect your security. You can view the SIP password in our customer portal under Phone system/Settings. Please use your customer number (which you can find in your email) and your selected password to login.
