Your log in data for your DSL

We will activate your phone line and fibre optic connection (please check your email). We would therefore like to provide you with your login data and other important information.

If you have ordered a router from us:
You will receive the router shortly before the activation date. If you have requested your order to be activated as soon as possible we may not be able to deliver your router before activation. The router is preconfigured with your log in data. All you need to do is plug in and start browsing the web and making calls straightaway. Simply use the included Ethernet cable to connect the router’s LAN 1 port with Port 3 of the ONT installed in your place.

If you are using your own router:
You need to enter the internet log in data and phone log in data into your device. Help for configuring various terminals can be found in our help centre. Please check if the instructions match your connection type for the plan.

Internet log in data

  • User name: Please check your email.
  • Password: Please check your email.

Phone log in data

We won’t send you the SIP password via email to protect your security. It can be found in our customer portal via Phone functions/Settings. To log in, please use your customer ID (which you can find in your email) and the password you selected when placing your order.
