Your activation date and login data for your DSL

Your old provider and Deutsche Telekom has confirmed activation of your connection. To see the date of activation, please check your email. We look forward to being able to welcome you to easybell soon.

Activation will be completed by 8 pm at the latest.
Your old provider may deactivate the line earlier that day. This means that your internet connection will may be interrupted for a short period. A technician doesn’t need to come to your home for activation.

Please note that it could take several times to reach the full bandwith.

If you have ordered a router from us:
You will receive the router approximately two days before the activation date. It’s preconfigured with your log in data. All you need to do is plug in and start browsing the web and making calls straightaway.

If you are using your own router:
You need to enter the internet log in data and phone log in data into your device. Help for configuring various terminals can be found in our help center.

  • User name: Please check your email.
  • Password: Please check your email.

Phone log in data

We won’t send you the SIP password via email to protect your security. It can be found in our customer portal via Phone functions/Settings.

To log in, please use your customer ID (which you can find in the email) and the password you've selected when placing your order.
