Thank you for your order to activate the plan.

We have since received feedback that there currently aren’t any DSL ports available in your area. It therefore won’t be possible to connect you at any time soon. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed if and when DSL ports will be available.

We regret to inform you that we have to cancel your order due to the above reasons. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Our order rejection doesn’t mean that you are not able to access a DSL connection. Rather, the network provider that we commissioned currently doesn’t have sufficient capacity for your line area.
