Confirmation of cancellation for your DSL plan

We have received the cancellation for your plan.

You can find the date, on which the notive will get effective in your email.

Please remember to send back your hired router within a week after the end of the contract (for the exact date, please look in your email). Otherwise we will charge you the router’s current market value.

You can return the router for free by generating a return label. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to return the router as a non-prepaid parcel.
