You have commissioned your new provider to cancel your plan and take over the connection.
We have already informed you and your new provider on the earliest possible switchover date.

Your new provider has now discovered that it isn’t possible to take over the contract on this date and has rescheduled the switchover to another date (please check your email for the exact date).

We are happy to continue your contract under the same conditions until the mentioned date.

IMPORTANT: If you have received a confirmed activation date from your new provider, please inform us as soon as possible.
