Confirmation of cancellation for your DSL plan

We have received your cancellation (please check your email to see which plan is affected).

This will come into effect on: (please check your email for the exact date).

You will receive the security deposit six to eight weeks at the latest after the end of the contract when you have made all scheduled payments. Please make sure that your bank details are correct – these can be found in the customer portal.

Please also note that offsetting the last bills with the security deposit will incur extra costs.
Please therefore settle all outstanding payments so we can pay you back the full security deposit.
