easybell depends on services from Telefonica to provide your DSL connection. Unfortunately Telefonica has informed us that they can no longer supply your address with an internet connection in the future.

As a result, we feel obliged to terminate your DSL connection.

Please look in your email, to see the date, in which your DSL connection will get terminated.

Please immediately find a new DSL provider. Independent comparisons of available providers can be found at www.verivox.de or www.check24.de/dsl.

We will of course allow you to switch providers without charging you for the porting fee that normally applies. It is also possible to keep your easybell phone line without DSL. You can find out more information on the plans at http://www.easybell.de/voice-over-ip.html.
