The telecom technician didn’t come to the scheduled appointment

Deutsche Telekom has just informed us that the technician couldn’t come to the scheduled appointment.

Unfortunately they were unable to stick to their appointment schedule due to delays. We are extremely sorry that we are only able to provide you with this information now.

Please provide us with a new date when you are available between 8 am and 1 pm to enable the technician to access your property and the junction box. We will once again submit the order to Deutsche Telekom. We require a notice of seven working days for this process.
