Exchanging your router – Please return your old device to us

We are happy to exchange your router for a new FRITZ!Box, which you will receive from DHL in the next few days.

Once you have received the new device, we kindly request you to return your old FRITZ!Box and all included accessories within the next 14 days. Please remember to also exchange all included accessories.

A label for returning your parcel for free can be found here!

Please package the device in the original box as well as an extra box or wrapping paper. You could use the box that the new device came in. Do not stick the parcel label directly on the original box. If you no longer have the original box please use adequate packaging to protect against damage.

If you don’t send us the old router then we have to assume that you want to purchase it. We will then charge you the current purchase price of €169 and the cost of any missing accessories (cable, adapter, power supply unit). CDs and instructions do not necessarily have to be returned.

The new router has already been preconfigured with your login data. However, we still recommend that you restore the settings for your old FRITZ!Box on the new one. This means that all phones will be correctly configured and you won’t need to login again to your Wi-Fi devices. You only need to reregister your DECT phones.

Please make sure that you provide a password when saving the settings for the old device, otherwise you won’t be able to restore the settings on the new device.
